Eligibility for Returns
Since our products (pine nuts / dry fruits) are consumable food items, we can only accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, spoiled, or expired product
- You received the wrong item or quantity
- The product had a quality issue noticeable upon delivery
Return Window
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there is any issue. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund, due to the perishable nature of our products.
How to Request a Return/Refund

- Share your order number and clear photos/video of the issue (damaged packaging, wrong item, etc.)
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Cash on Delivery orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or easypaisa/JazzCash to the account you provide.
- Online payment orders: Refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or returns if:
- The product has been opened, used, or consumed (unless found spoiled/damaged)
- The complaint is raised after the 24-hour window
- The issue is due to incorrect address or unavailability at the time of delivery
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched
Exchanges
If you received the wrong product or variant, we will arrange a free exchange for the correct item, subject to availability.
